Returns & Exchanges Policy
- We will gladly accept any unused, unwashed merchandise with original tagging and packaging of basic nature within 07 (seven) Days from delivery for a refund or an exchange (excluding delivery charges).
- All you have to do is SEND US BACK returned item with the invoice and mention the reason of return on reverse of invoice.
- Please return the package via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on your own expense to following address.
- Refund requests will be processed within 5 working days after receiving the return products.
- All returns should be sent to THE SAM'S MARKET PK, SHAHI ROAD AREA, NEAR CITY PUL, RYK (64200).
